The Ricoh FAX4410L is a standalone fax targeted at mid to high volume users and offers standard features such as 15 Pages per minute Print Speed, duplex Printing in Fax Mode, Duplex Faxing, 750 Sheet Paper Supply, 70 Sheet ADF, Super G3 Modem (a second G3 Line is available as an option), and 7MB (560 pages) of fax page memory.
The FAX4410 series is designed to handle a variety of document communication and imaging tasks that increase productivity through enhanced connectivity in a compact wingless design. The document communication output and document management features of the FAX4410 series enable businesses -- large or small -- to better distribute and manage office communication. The document communication output features include color scan to email, Internet faxing and IP faxing (standard on the FAX4410NF only). Additionally, the series includes document management features such as automatic backup of received and transmitted documents, transaction journals sent by email, inbound fax routing, and remote programming and monitoring. |

- Color Scan to email
Scan color documents at up to 600 dpi in either PDF or JPEG formats to any email address
- Duplexing
The first of its kind, the FAX4410 series can print received faxes on both sides of the paper,
cutting paper costs and saving the time it takes to replenish paper. Additionally, two-sided documents can be scanned,
eliminating the need to copy a document onto one-sided sheets, saving the user time and money.
- IP Faxing
Real-time faxing capability via an IP Network or intranet that allows cost-free communications
between a Ricoh FAX4410NF or other ITU T.38 compatible devices without the use of a mail server.
- Network Printer
High quality, PCL5e/6, 600 dpi network printing can be added to the FAX4410 series allowing for high-speed duplex printing.
- Speed
The Super G3 modem with JBIG compression transmits 30 pages per minute (ppm) and the 15-ppm engine utilizes
laser technology
developing images at 600 by 600 dpi. A second G3 modem can be added to double fax throughput.
- Memory
The standard 7-MB memory allows for storage of up to 560 pages.
In the event of a power loss, the memory battery backup
retains all
documents stored in standard memory for up to 12 hours. Installing the 40MB Feature Expander
Type 410 provides
2,200 pages of storage with documents to be stored indefinitely in cases of power loss.
- Paper Handling
A 70-sheet automatic document feeder enables large multi-page documents to be sent at one time. Meeting the needs
of high-usage office environments, the FAX4410L holds 750 sheets and the FAX4410NF holds 350 sheets.
